What this service handles
Group transportation fails in the gaps. Three vehicles booked separately, one of them late, and no one person who can see all three. A coach sized for the head count and not the bag count. A coordinator running a phone thread per vehicle because that is the only place the information lives.
VaultPac books a group as one trip. Every vehicle is a movement on it, the luggage can be a movement of its own, and the manifest ties the names and the bags to the vehicles. The coordinator has one contact and dispatch has one picture.
Sizes run from a single Sprinter to multiple coaches with cargo vehicles alongside. The shape of the booking does not change with the size — which is why a programme that grows from forty to a hundred and twenty does not have to be rebuilt.

Yes, and you should. The manifest route takes the spreadsheet or itinerary you have already built instead of asking you to retype it into a wizard.
What happens if the count changes?
It changes on the board. Passenger counts, vehicle assignments and times can move after the trip is created without the programme being rebooked.
Do the bags have to travel with the group?
No. A dedicated luggage vehicle is usually faster for anything above about twenty people, and it means the coach is not waiting at the kerb while bays are loaded.
