Trackable referrals

A referral you can follow rather than hand over

QR and link-based booking for concierge desks, so a recommendation is attributed to the property and its outcome is visible.

What this service handles

The ordinary concierge referral disappears the moment it is made. A card is handed over, a guest may or may not book, and nobody at the desk knows which.

A referral link or QR code ties the booking back to the property. The desk can see that the recommendation converted, the guest gets the property's arrangement rather than a public price, and the relationship is measurable rather than assumed.

It is the lightest way for a property to start with VaultPac — no account setup, no commitment, just a route that carries attribution.

Operational diagramThe two flows a front desk carries: guests out to their vehicles, luggage held and delivered on its own clock.

How VaultPac coordinates it

Every booking is a trip. A trip carries trip services, and each service breaks into the individual movements that actually have to happen — which is why the people and the bags do not have to travel the same way.

  1. Trip
  2. Trip services
  3. Individual movements
  • Passenger movement

Sedan, SUV, Sprinter, minibus and coach movements priced and dispatched by the transportation engine.

  • Luggage movement

Bags booked as their own movement, with their own route, their own timing and their own proof.

  • Dispatch monitoring

Every movement on one board while it runs, so a late arrival is seen rather than reported.

  • Account billing

Charges belong to an account rather than to a single booking, so one programme can carry several contacts, cards and cost centres.

  • Trip → Trip Services → Movements

One trip holds every service on it, and each service breaks into the individual movements that have to happen. A single booking can carry people and bags on different vehicles and different clocks without becoming two bookings.

What runs this movement

Assignment reads the passenger count and the bag count, so the vehicle that arrives fits both. Larger movements run several.

  • No account setup required to start.

Questions

Does the desk need an account?

No. A referral route works on its own, and an account can follow later if the volume justifies it.
