What this service handles

When a principal travels with a protective detail, the transportation is a supporting element of somebody else's plan. The detail decides the route, the timing and what happens at each stop; the vehicles and chauffeurs have to fit that without friction.

VaultPac provides the transportation half: screened chauffeurs assigned and recorded, lead and follow vehicles on one coordinated trip, airport and FBO arrangements, and a dispatch picture the detail's coordinator can work against.

Protection personnel are not ours. Where armed or licensed protective agents are required they are supplied by properly licensed, security-qualified partners, engaged directly or introduced — and that boundary is deliberate rather than a limitation we are hedging around.

Operational diagramConcentric access control, and a credentialed route through it. Access is set by the controlling authority.

Typical movement

  1. Detail sets the requirement Route, timing, vehicle posture, stops
  2. Chauffeurs screened and assigned Named on the movement
  3. Lead and follow vehicles One coordinated trip, not separate bookings
  4. Airport or FBO arrangements To the detail's procedure
  5. Dispatch supports the movement Changes absorbed as the detail directs

How VaultPac coordinates it

Every booking is a trip. A trip carries trip services, and each service breaks into the individual movements that actually have to happen — which is why the people and the bags do not have to travel the same way.

  1. Trip
  2. Trip services
  3. Individual movements
  • Passenger movement

Sedan, SUV, Sprinter, minibus and coach movements priced and dispatched by the transportation engine.

  • Multiple vehicles

Several vehicles on one itinerary, each with its own assignment, timing and passenger list.

  • Trip → Trip Services → Movements

One trip holds every service on it, and each service breaks into the individual movements that have to happen. A single booking can carry people and bags on different vehicles and different clocks without becoming two bookings.

  • Operator assignment

Movements assigned to a specific operator and vehicle, with the assignment visible to dispatch throughout.

  • Credential & screening records Planned

Driver credentials and screening status tracked against a movement where an event or agency controls access.

  • Dispatch monitoring

Every movement on one board while it runs, so a late arrival is seen rather than reported.

  • Changes during the trip

Times, stops, vehicles and passenger counts can change after a trip has started without rebooking it.

  • Masked communication

Passenger and chauffeur reach each other without either holding the other's number.

  • FBO coordination

Tail number, operator, FBO and arrival details captured on the movement so the vehicle meets the aircraft rather than the terminal.

Capabilities marked Planned are designed and in progress but not live yet. They are listed so you know what is coming, not so you book on them.

What runs this movement

Assignment reads the passenger count and the bag count, so the vehicle that arrives fits both. Larger movements run several.

Why VaultPac for this

  • Lead, principal and follow vehicles sit on one trip, so the convoy is coordinated rather than three bookings.
  • Chauffeur assignment is recorded, which is what a screening requirement actually depends on.
  • The detail keeps command of routing and timing; we supply transportation that fits it.
  • Clear boundary: transportation from VaultPac, protection from licensed partners.

Important

  • VaultPac does not provide armed protection, executive protection agents, or any security personnel. Where protective personnel are required they must be supplied by properly licensed and security-qualified partners.
  • VaultPac holds no law-enforcement or protective authority and is not a security agency.
  • Routing, threat assessment and protective decisions belong to the detail. VaultPac's role is transportation coordination inside their plan.

Questions

Do you supply armed security?

No. VaultPac provides transportation and coordination. Protective personnel — armed or otherwise — are supplied by properly licensed, security-qualified partners, and we will not represent otherwise.

Who decides the route?

The protective detail. We supply vehicles and chauffeurs that operate inside their plan and a dispatch picture their coordinator can work from.

Can chauffeurs be screened to a specific standard?

Where the standard is defined by the client or the controlling authority, yes. The assignment is then recorded against the movement so substitutions are visible rather than silent.
