What this service handles
The airport leg of team travel is where the schedule is tightest and the party is largest. A roster, a staff group, a media contingent and a pile of gear all arrive at once and have to leave in an order somebody decided in advance.
Running it against a roster manifest means the vehicles are assigned to groups rather than to a headcount, and the equipment leaves on its own vehicle instead of holding up the coach.
