What this service handles
A roadshow is the hardest thing in corporate ground transportation and the least well served by booking forms. The day is a sequence of meetings with a vehicle that waits between them, the sequence changes at least once, and the whole thing repeats in another city tomorrow.
VaultPac models it as one trip with ordered stops and as-directed blocks — not as fourteen separate reservations that happen to share a passenger. A meeting that overruns re-times the rest of the day on the board. A city added at the last minute is a movement added to an existing itinerary.
Outside Chicago the programme is fulfilled through vetted local operators under the same itinerary. That multi-market network is being built rather than fully in place, and we will tell you which markets we can actually cover before you commit to a schedule.

Long-duration and as-directed executive programmes were a recurring pattern in the transportation operation behind VaultPac, as was farming legs of a multi-city programme to vetted operators in other markets.
VaultPac was built by transportation operators. Where this site describes earlier work, that work was performed by Chicago Limousine — the transportation operation behind VaultPac — and not by VaultPac itself.

Which cities can you cover?
Chicago is VaultPac's own operation. Other markets are served through vetted operators under the same itinerary, and the network is being built rather than complete — so we confirm coverage for your specific cities before you commit, instead of claiming national coverage we cannot evidence.
Is the vehicle with us between meetings?
On an as-directed block, yes. Roadshows are usually part as-directed and part point-to-point, and both sit on the same itinerary.
What happens when the schedule changes?
It changes on the board. Times, stops and vehicles can be edited while the trip is running, which on a roadshow happens most days.
