What this service handles
Crew transportation is a reliability contract disguised as a car service. The volume is predictable, the margins are thin, and the only thing that matters is that the vehicle is there at 03:40 when a crew with a duty clock is standing outside an airport.
VaultPac runs it as scheduled movements on an account, with assignment recorded, dispatch watching and a fallback route when the assigned operator cannot cover. A missed pickup is visible on the board rather than discovered by a crew scheduler.
This is offered to airlines, crew hotels and handling agents as a contracted service. VaultPac does not currently hold airline contracts, and this page is an offer rather than a description of existing carrier relationships.

How VaultPac coordinates it
Every booking is a trip. A trip carries trip services, and each service breaks into the individual movements that actually have to happen — which is why the people and the bags do not have to travel the same way.

- Individual movements
-
Passenger movement
Sedan, SUV, Sprinter, minibus and coach movements priced and dispatched by the transportation engine.
-
Operator assignment
Movements assigned to a specific operator and vehicle, with the assignment visible to dispatch throughout.
-
Timed offer & backup routing
The preferred operator is offered the movement first and has a window to accept; if they do not, it moves to the backup pool automatically.
-
Dispatch monitoring
Every movement on one board while it runs, so a late arrival is seen rather than reported.
-
Account billing
Charges belong to an account rather than to a single booking, so one programme can carry several contacts, cards and cost centres.
-
Changes during the trip
Times, stops, vehicles and passenger counts can change after a trip has started without rebooking it.
-
Affiliate & operator network
Vetted operators take work through the provider application, with their own view of the movements they hold.
-
FBO coordination
Tail number, operator, FBO and arrival details captured on the movement so the vehicle meets the aircraft rather than the terminal.
What runs this movement
Assignment reads the passenger count and the bag count, so the vehicle that arrives fits both. Larger movements run several.

Why VaultPac for this
- Assignment and fallback are automatic, so a vehicle that cannot cover is replaced rather than missed.
- Recurring patterns run as a contract on an account, not as nightly bookings.
- Dispatch sees the pickup, which at 03:40 is the only thing standing between a crew and a delay.
- The operator network provides depth at the hours when a single fleet is thinnest.
Important
- VaultPac does not currently hold contracts with any airline for crew transportation. This page describes a service VaultPac is offering to carriers, not an existing relationship with one.
Questions
Do you currently hold airline contracts?
No. We are offering this service to carriers, crew hotels and handling agents, and we would rather say that plainly than let a landing page imply a relationship that does not exist.
What happens if the assigned vehicle cannot cover?
The movement routes to a backup operator automatically rather than waiting for somebody to notice. That fallback is the substance of a crew transport commitment.
Can you cover overnight and early-morning patterns?
Those are the patterns crew transport is made of. Coverage hours are agreed in the contract rather than published as a general claim.
